1st Step ABA, Inc. prides itself in providing services from well qualified employees who are appropriately educated and exprienced in ABA. 

As Clinical Director and CEO of 1st Step ABA, Inc. it is Kathryn's goal to ensure the highest of quality services for all.  She prides herself in being a highly skilled and dedicated practitioner of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Kathryn became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2007. In addition she has a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Design, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento.
 

Her practical intervention strategies start by identifying functional and environmental variables associated with problem behaviors in order to better enable parents/caregivers and/or teachers to effectively reduce unwanted behaviors while simultaneously increasing functional skills and overall quality of life.

Kathryn's career began in the field of psychology over 20 years ago and includes more than 18 years of direct experience in the field of ABA.
